Our cameras has some unique functions compared other industrial cameras:

[1] automatic background removing

     when outside lighting is too strong, it may effect cameras take points from targets. Our cameras can remove these extra background and take points only to keep good accurate.

[2] Customized DDR2-256m memory in camera chip

     for normal industrial cameras, after taking photos of targets, it sends to PC  alignment directly. It may cause pause or bad data if connection is no good when PC has problem.

     Our cameras will can store these photo in 256M DDR2. It can send photos anytime.

[3] special radiator

     to install radiator on the camera chip for colding FPGA, it reduce damage when hot weather and long time working

Unique taking targets with one by one, to keep the measurement more accurate.
